The staff and manager were mind-blowingly helpful and friendly, accommodating our flight cancellation without any fuss. The location was super, right in the center of town with easy access to ski buses and close to restaurants and a supermarket. The Thai dishes on the menu were jaw-droppingly delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms had STUNNING views, comfortable beds, and were well-maintained.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel located in the heart of the village. It was very convenient being next to the train station and the bus route to Ziller Arena. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with some even offering beautiful views from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was varied and substantial. We were also pleased to have free parking available nearby.

We spent our Easter here and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the village and very close to the ski slopes, which was a great advantage for us. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were always clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a ski equipment storage room, making it easy to keep all of our gear together.

We did have a few issues during our stay, notably with the Wi-Fi which was very slow and kept cutting out. the breakfast options were quite limited and samey each day, so we would have liked a bit more variety.

Lastly, the rooms offered a beautiful view over the mountains. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly a highlight of our trip. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that was served every morning - it was a great way to start the day.

Our room was lacking in a few areas. we only had one toilet for four people which was inconvenient.

The breakfast selection is excellent with a variety of delicious options.
